Yes, you can report both your current address and your previous address to ESM. ESM allows you to report rental payment history from both your current and previous residences, provided that the time period falls within their reporting window (24 months from the current date). Reporting rental payment history from multiple addresses can further enhance your credit profile by demonstrating a longer and more comprehensive payment history to credit bureaus.

ESM provides the option to cancel your subscription at any time. However, there are certain conditions to consider regarding refunds and cancellation processes.If ESM has already begun processing your file or has reported the new rental tradeline to the credit bureaus, you may not be eligible for a refund. Once the reporting process has been initiated, ESM incurs costs and resources that cannot be recovered, which is why refunds may not be available in such cases.If your landlord has enrolled their company in ESM Jump vertical reporting program, and they are the ones causing your rental payments to be reported, you will need to contact your landlord directly to cancel the reporting. ESM requires written authorization from the landlord to cease reporting. The decision to authorize the cancellation will be at the landlord's discretion.

ESM has specific guidelines and conditions regarding refund eligibility. Here are some of the situations in which you may not qualify for a refund:If you own the home or are on the title in any way, you will not qualify for a refund.If you change your mind after enrolling or if you currently have another company reporting rent payments for the address you enroll with ESM, you may not be eligible for a refund.If you are subleasing without the landlord's or owner's consent, you may not qualify for a refund.If you do not request a refund within 30 days of enrolling with ESM, you may not be eligible for a refund.It's important to carefully review ESM terms and conditions regarding refunds and eligibility criteria. ESM offers the opportunity for all individuals listed on a lease, including roommates and spouses, to build their credit.
